United StatesDoes not work, set time, wound, works for about 24 hours.Did call service. Now I must jump through mini hoops, I think I’ll stick with the quality watch from now on. But I never say, never, When I have a minute, I will jump through a couple of hoops and see what happens. I will keep everyone informed. Unhappy customer.

I purchased this watch during the pandemic. It was my all time favorite watch, I have 34 watches, including a Tag, Seiko, etc. This watch was my favorite, I loved the detail, the level of class and the attention this watch received was second to none! I survived COVID but the aftermath! It killed me financially and I had to sell em all. This is the only watch I miss, I am climbing out of debt now and my first gift to myself is the Casablanca!
