About New York

This watch is one of the most noteworthy styles from Tufina. The whole New York collection is versatile and edgy, perfect for those who push boundaries. The inner bezel features a tachymeter with an open-heart face and a skeletonized back. Just the right gift for yourself or your favorite guy.

A black robust watch on a man's wrist. The open-heart window on the black watch also reveals the movement, with visible gears and a spinning balance wheel. The metallic tones inside the mechanism complement the black exterior.

The gold color pushers and crown on the black watch are slightly more pronounced due to their reflective surface. Their textured design suggests precision control for the watch’s functions.

Tufina has been an independent family owned watch company since 1828. Pionier Germany hand-sketches and hand-assembles all their watches.

A decade later, it continues to embody the spirit of automatic timepieces. Tireless attention is required to build something that will last. That is why Pionier Germany continues making it with the same craft, commitment, and quality it has come to represent.

Mechanism

With attention, planning, and careful execution, hundreds of little parts come together to make each timepiece a scientific marvel, as well as a work of art. One could not mistake the singular modernity of our products - the high standards of manufacture, production, and style motivate the Tufina's aesthetic. From the precision of our sketches, the meticulous detail of our watches, and the quality of our skeletal mechanisms, we’re building our practice on a long-renowned set of engineering standards from this part of Europe.
