1. Is your family story really 2 centuries old?

2. Are your watches really Made in Germany?
TufinaWatches.comdoes not manufactureTheoremaandPionierbrands. We are their official retailer. Both the brands are German brands licensed with the German government since 2004. Both licenses can be viewedhereandhere. Theorema and Pionier take pride in their limited production, no mass production, every collection is very limited. All their watches have in-house movements, hand designed, and are hand-assembled in Munich, Germany.
3. How long does it take for my watch to come?
All watches are shipped directly from the warehouse in Munich, Germany. All packages are shipped with FedEx or UPS Priority with signature protection and insurance. To North America & Europe it takes 2-3 business days for delivery. The rest of the world, depending on the countries, it can take between 3-7 business days. Buy with confidence, we have been selling online since 1999.
4. What if I don't like my watch can I return it?
If you do not like your watch, we completely understand. Please do not wear it! These watches are very unique and rare, stock is very limited, and hundreds of artisanal work hours by the German watchmakers go into them. Therefore, we kindly ask of you to treat your watch with respect. Reach out to our customer service atinfo@tufinawatches.commention your order number or the full name on the order, and that you would like to return it for a refund. 5. Does Tufina sell XL leather bands?
Yes, we do! All our XL bands are original Theorema or Pionier genuine leather bands. Simply call, email, or chat with us, and our team will take care of it.
6. Can I exchange my watch for another model or color?
Absolutely! Yes! As long as the watch is never worn and in brand new condition, we can accommodate any requests and exchanges. Simply call, email, or chat with us, and our team will take care of it.
7. Do your watches come with warranty?
All our Theorema and Pionier watches come with a 2-years warranty. Inside your original package you will find the international warranty card, booklet, greeting card, and an original luxury box.
8. Is my watch waterproof?
All Theorema and Pionier watches are 3 ATM gentleman watches. Please understand the meaning of ATM. 30m (98.4ft) = 3 ATM = Splash resistant. Ok for rain, hand washing splashes, other occasional contact with water, but not intensively and not for long periods. 50m (164ft) = 5 ATM = Suitable for swimming, fishing, other outdoor activities. 100m (328ft) = 10 ATM = Fit for snorkeling and other prolonged contact with water, but not for scuba.
9. Do you have women watches?
Theorema and Pionier are known to be gentlemen timepieces. They are designed with men in mind, and specifically with men that like real watches. Mechanical hand-wind and automatic masterpieces. But, as of 2021 Theorema finalized their first women's collection theMade in Germany Lady Butterfly Theorema. We do hope you ladies like it.
10. What are the most expensive watches in your store?
By far the most expensive and supreme watches are the tourbillon collections. Most watch brand companies do not have the means to manufacture these high end timepieces. That is not the case with the Germans at Theorema and Pionier. You can find two tourbillon's on our store right now.
